How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Review and process your charter requests
- Identify suitable charter providers for your itinerary

- Maintain accurate operational and business records
Limited Disclosure to Providers
When we identify a suitable charter provider for your request, we share only the information reasonably necessary for that provider to prepare an accurate quote.
Your contact details are not shared with providers unless it is operationally necessary to do so — for example, to finalize arrangements you've approved — and only when authorized.

Third-Party Service Providers
We work with trusted third-party service providers to operate our platform. These providers process information on our behalf and are contractually or contextually limited to using it only for the purposes we've engaged them for.
Hosting and infrastructure
Our website and application are hosted by Vercel Inc., which provides the infrastructure that runs our platform and delivers it to your browser.
Database and data storage
Customer, itinerary, and request information is stored in a database hosted by Neon, a PostgreSQL database provider.
File storage
Images and files (such as aircraft photos) are stored using Vercel Blob, a file storage service.
Email communications
Transactional and marketing emails — including quote notifications, confirmations, and account communications — are sent through Resend, an email delivery service.
Each of these providers may process personal information solely to provide their respective services to us, and are not authorized to use your information for their own independent purposes. We select providers that maintain appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information.
We may update the providers we use as our platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected in updates to this policy.
